Prices vary depending on weight, service and location and are shown before checkout.

Basic costs are:

UK Royal Mail: .49p to £9.99
UK Courier Flat Fee: £7.79
International: £2.99 to £34.99 depending on location and weight.

Beyond Europe, costs on heavy items (2 kg+) may incur a surcharge.

We attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible, especially international rates.

Goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days where possible, and in most cases sooner.

Please be aware that some items will ship directly from the manufacturer or external supplier, deliveries from these sources may take longer.

Some items may also go out of stock with our suppliers, in the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Returns

Goods will only be accepted for return, where they are found to be faulty, or supplied incorrectly by our mistake (all mistakenly supplied goods MUST be AS NEW and in their original packing). The purchaser will be liable for all return shipping costs. Faulty goods (and reasonable postage of them) will be refunded upon inspection, either by ourselves or their original manufacturer/supplier.

RETURN OF NON FAULTY/INCORRECTLY ORDERED PARTS ARE AT THE DISCRECTION OF THE MANAGEMENT, REFUNDS WILL BE BY MEANS OF STORE CREDIT, unless other arrangements have been made. Please do not return any item without checking with us first.

All damaged or incorrectly supplied items MUST be notified within 7 days.
